1. No Refunds After Service Delivery Upon the successful completion and delivery of our services, refunds will not be issued. This includes, but is not limited to, services such as Website Design, Course Creation, Funnel Building, Lead Generation, Email Automation, and Facebook Ads. Once these services are delivered and approved by the client, the transaction is considered final.

2. Service Approval Prior to the final delivery of any service, YourOnlineLab will seek the client’s approval through designated communication channels (e.g., email, project management tools). The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the deliverables within the specified timeframe. Once approval is given, no further changes or cancellations will be eligible for a refund.

3. Exceptions In exceptional circumstances, such as non-compliance with agreed-upon deliverables or failure to provide the services as outlined in the service agreement, YourOnlineLab may, at its sole discretion, offer a resolution. This may include revisions or modifications to the work delivered but will not include monetary refunds.

4. Deposits and Partial Payments Deposits or partial payments made toward the commencement of any service are non-refundable. These payments serve as a commitment to the project and are used to allocate resources for its completion.

5. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute regarding the quality of service, YourOnlineLab and the client agree to make every effort to resolve the issue amicably through direct communication. Should further mediation be necessary, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the laws.

6. Amendments to this Policy YourOnlineLab reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
